About Us
We are a husband-and-wife team bringing together deep clinical expertise and senior business leadership.
Our work is grounded in over seven years of NHS medical psychiatry experience, alongside a background in Big Four risk management - followed by scaling a successful online business and leading a growing team.
Together, we understand how mental health, culture, and performance intersect :
We have seen how stigma limits help-seeking.
How cultural expectations shape pressure and silence.
How poorly designed systems increase risk and burnout.
And how thoughtful, accountable leadership creates stronger, healthier organisations.
Our work is also shaped by lived experience: navigating mental health challenges, professional responsibility, and cultural expectations within our own lives and communities.
This blend of clinical insight, risk expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and personal understanding informs everything we do.
It is why we are committed to helping organisations create workplaces where people- of all backgrounds- feel understood, supported, and able to do their best work.
A Different Approach to Workplace Mental Health
-
At Mosaic Minds Advisory, we take a systems-level, culturally informed approach to mental health and wellbeing.
We help organisations to:
Understand how cultural background shapes stress, pressure, and willingness to seek support
Equip managers with the skills and confidence to have supportive, professional conversations
Create leadership behaviours that make it safe for people to raise concerns early
Design wellbeing systems that are inclusive, trusted, and actually used
Reduce burnout and turnover while strengthening motivation and performance
Our work brings together clinical insight, lived experience, and organisational strategy.
